Restaurant Details
- Seating capacity: 50 seats on the ground floor, with a cocktail bar opening in the basement in September for private events.
- Service: Currently around 40-50 covers per service.
- Average check: €45 for lunch, €80 for dinner.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, closed on weekends.
- Kitchen team: To be built – 4 people in total, including a dishwasher already in place.
- Front-of-house team: 4 staff members.
- Open kitchen: A glass-enclosed space with natural daylight, allowing direct interaction with guests.
Conditions & Benefits
- Start date: ASAP.
- Salary: €3,500-4,000 net per month.
- Work schedule: A balanced mix of split and continuous shifts.
- Days off: Saturdays and Sundays OFF.
