Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a firm specializing in Hospitality and Restaurant professions, is looking for:
Head Chef (M/F) in Paris
A brasserie concept open 7 days a week from 7 AM to 1 AM. This venue welcomes you in a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a coffee, lunch, or dinner, whether solo, with family, or friends. With a menu focused on fresh, seasonal products, you’ll find creative cuisine that delights your taste buds with every bite. The convivial and chic atmosphere makes it the perfect place to escape daily life and enjoy a pleasant moment.
We are looking for a talented, creative, and motivated Head Chef to join this establishment. You will be responsible for the entire kitchen, from creating delicious dishes to managing your team, while ensuring impeccable quality and a neat presentation of the dishes. You will work in a stimulating environment where innovation and precision are essential.
Work Environment:

Kitchen located on the ground floor, with a laboratory in the basement.

250 covers per day in continuous service.

(The current chef has been in position for 2 years, handover possible if hired quickly).
Main Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes following recipes and quality standards.

Manage all kitchen operations: menu planning, stock management, and supply procurement.

Supervise and lead a team of 3 people per service, ensuring smooth and harmonious service.

Ensure exemplary hygiene and food safety within the kitchen.

Work closely with the front-of-house staff to guarantee an unforgettable customer experience.

Control costs and optimize kitchen resource management.

Constantly innovate, propose new ideas, and adapt recipes according to the seasons.
What We Are Looking For:

Strong experience as a Head Chef in a restaurant environment.

Skills in team management and leadership.

Perfect mastery of culinary techniques and hygiene standards.

Natural leadership, able to motivate and unite the team.

Keen attention to detail and a constant pursuit of quality.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Conditions:

Start date: ASAP or end of April – early May.

Hours: Continuous, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary: €3500 – €3700 net/month.

Days off: 2 consecutive days (Saturday and Sunday), unless otherwise specified (paid or compensated).
