Job Description
RHEA Recrutement, a Recruitment Agency specializing in hospitality and catering, is looking for:
F&B Manager (M/F) – Paris
Luxury boutique hotel with 40 rooms located in the heart of Paris
This exceptional establishment, regularly praised by international press and specialized guides, is committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Its passionate and highly skilled team ensures excellence in service.
Your Missions
Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation and development of the F&B department.
Team: 5 staff members in the dining area, with a busier lunch service (30 covers with 3 staff members) and a quieter dinner service. If results are strong, additional hiring may be considered.
Operations & Service
- Actively participate in breakfast and lunch service
- Manage and enhance the various F&B outlets
- Ensure a warm and personalized guest experience
- Handle customer feedback and implement corrective actions
- Develop and promote new offers to boost activity
Team Management & Leadership
- Plan and organize your team’s workload
- Recruit, train, and support your staff
- Ensure compliance with service standards and internal procedures
- Maintain a motivating and excellence-driven work environment
- Conduct annual evaluations and encourage professional development
Financial & Operational Management
- Develop and monitor the department’s budget
- Control stock levels and manage orders based on needs
- Analyze costs and optimize service profitability
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and management procedures
Profile Sought
- Significant experience in restaurant management within a high-end establishment
- Excellent team leadership and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to innovate and enhance the F&B offering
- Good knowledge of management and reporting tools

Conditions
Salary: €3,090 gross/month
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (day shifts)
Status: Executive
Position available immediately – Permanent contract (CDI)
