✨ RHEA Recrutement – Seeking a Head Chef for a New Gastronomic Adventure in Paris ✨

A new gastronomic destination is about to open its doors, driven by a bold vision and a deep love for exceptional ingredients. What if you were the soul of this culinary experience?

🌿 THE SPIRIT OF THE PLACE

Designed as an intimate 32-seat setting, this restaurant will offer a unique dining experience, where each dish tells a story. A cuisine that enhances ingredients, plays with textures and contrasts, and evolves with the seasons.

💶 Average ticket: €65

With a gradual opening, services will take place in the evenings from Wednesday to Friday and for brunch on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). To start, the kitchen will be run by a small, dedicated team: you and your sous-chef, working hand in hand on this exciting journey.

The goal? To create a space where guests come for flavor, for emotion (and art), where every meal becomes a suspended moment in time.

As Head Chef, you will be the creative mastermind behind the kitchen. Your playground: an inventive, refined menu that allows your creativity to shine while respecting the authenticity of each ingredient.

💰 CONDITIONS

✔ Salary: €3,500 net/month
✔ Start date: early June, for a mid-June opening
✔ Two consecutive days off (Monday & Tuesday)
