RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in high-end hospitality and gastronomy, is looking for:

HEAD CHEF (M/F) – Paris

We are recruiting for a neo-bistronomic concept that is creative, indulgent, and exclusively seasonal.

The current chef had been in position for 4 years, within a stable and well-structured establishment.


Concept & philosophy

The restaurant offers creative, refined, and committed bistronomic cuisine, based on fresh, seasonal products.


Menu & kitchen

The chef has full creative freedom over the menu.

The menu is short, ensuring quality:

  • 4 starters
  • 4 main courses + 1 sharing dish
  • 4 desserts

Key figures

  • Average dinner spend: €65 per person
  • Seating capacity: 55 covers
  • Average service: 40 covers at lunch and 50–70 covers at dinner

Team & organisation

The kitchen team consists of four people:

  • 1 Head Chef
  • 1 Sous Chef
  • 1 Apprentice
  • 1 Dishwasher

Operations

  • Open 5 days per week
  • Closed: Sunday and Monday
  • À la carte dinner service
  • Lunch set menu: starter + main, main + dessert, or starter + main + dessert
  • Annual closure: August + 1 week in late December

Conditions

  • Full-time permanent contract (39 hours, split shifts)
  • Salary: €3,500 net + bonuses + tips
  • Days off: Sunday and Monday
