Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a specialist in Hospitality and Catering recruitment, is looking for an Executive Chef for a renowned French bistronomic restaurant and wine bar in Paris.
About the Restaurant:
- Opening: 6 days a week
- Cuisine: French bistronomic, exclusively using fresh ingredients
- Team: Brigade of 8 people, with 4 per service
- Menu: A skillful blend of classic and contemporary dishes (lièvre à la royale, black truffle soup, pâté en croûte)
- Average Spend: 70 €, with a menu at 39 €
- Customer Flow: Approximately 200 covers per day
- Team Background: Experience in luxury Parisian establishments
Additionally, you will oversee the wine bar.
Profile Sought:
- You are passionate about cooking and ensure the highest quality of ingredients.
- You manage stock with precision and care.

Conditions:
- Salary: 3,900-4,000 € net per month (around 60 K€ gross annually)
- Working Hours: Continuous morning service only
- Days Off: 2 consecutive days, Saturday and Sunday
