Environment: Seating capacity: 40 covers Average covers: 25/30 covers per service Average bill per person: 60 euros in the evening
PLUS: Total carte blanche to develop the menu… (Mediterranean DNA) Fresh produce cuisine: tapas wine bar, creativity, change, seasonality, etc… Small plate style, always quality with sourced products, beautifully presented dishes)

Profile
You are effective in helping people around you progress. And you enjoy sharing your expertise and experience with them.
You have significant similar experience or are a confirmed sous chef
Dynamic and creative, you have a taste for challenge and can demonstrate the highest level of rigor.
Conditions: -Start date: mid-June -> end of August -Salary: 2500 net depending on profile and self-employed status 700-800 euros per week Off: 2 consecutive days
