PASTRY CHEF in Paris
One Michelin-starred Restaurant

You will manage and coordinate all aspects of the pastry section.
With a positive attitude, you will work openly and constructively with the Head Chef.
The menu includes 3 desserts and pre-desserts.
You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions.

Conditions:
- Start Date: As soon as possible or end of August/beginning of September
- Salary: €2,500 net/month to start + tips approximately €500 (attractive clientele)
- Hours:
- TUESDAY: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- WEDNESDAY: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- THURSDAY: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- FRIDAY: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- SATURDAY: Break
- Days Off: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday lunch (restaurant generally closed for 3 weeks in August, closed for 2 weeks during the Olympics, 15 days in February, and all public holidays)
