Are you a creative, passionate, and entrepreneurial pastry chef looking to build an ambitious project rooted in honest, precise, and delicious pâtisserie? Join a fast-growing house that combines luxury elegance with authentic flavor.
🔥 The Project:

Creation and development of a signature pastry line for a prestigious brand.

Progressive opening of 6 boutiques (next milestone: new production lab in Paris).

Human-sized structure: a pastry team of 9, growing to 12–14 people.

A clear ambition: combine excellence, creativity, and a love for simple, honest ingredients.
✨ Your Mission:

Lead and embody the pastry vision of the brand.

Design refined and readable creations with bold, well-balanced flavors.

Recruit, train, and lead a committed and talented pastry team.

Organize production, plan for upcoming boutique openings, and structure the new lab.
🎯 Profile Sought:

Experienced Head Pastry Chef with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in demanding environments (luxury, Michelin-starred, haute pâtisserie).

Creative and organized, with a deep sense of product, seasonality, and true flavor.

Natural leadership with the desire to build a lasting team and project.

Strong product culture, aesthetic sensibility, and high attention to detail.
💼 Conditions:

Permanent position (CDI) – Based in Paris

Salary: €3,500 – €4,000 net/month, depending on experience

Full-time – Monday to Friday, daytime hours
