Junior PASTRY CHEF in Paris

1-star Michelin Guide Restaurant

Very well-equipped workplace, young and dynamic atmosphere

You will manage and coordinate all pastry operations

Your positive attitude will enable you to work openly and constructively with the Head Chef

3 desserts on the menu and Pre-desserts

Date of hiring: as soon as possible

Salary: €2500 net/month to start + Tips approximately €500 (loyal clientele)

Schedule: 4 split shifts and 1 continuous shift

Off on Sunday + Monday & Tuesday lunch (restaurant closed for 3 weeks in August – closed for 15 days in February and on public holidays)
