Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a specialized recruitment agency in hospitality and catering, is looking for a:
Cost Controller (M/F) in Paris (position creation)
This independent group comprises 4 establishments in Paris.
Reporting hierarchically and under the responsibility of the Administrative and Financial Director, you will ensure the proper application of all management rules within the Production Means Department:
As such, your missions will include:
- Management of dashboards and reporting
- Develop and implement internal control procedures
- Ensure management of technical sheets and ratios
- Carry out budgetary control
- Highlight variances and implement corrective actions
- Study cost prices and their evolution
- Monitor and update the management tool
- Creation of a purchasing center for the group
Travel within Paris is expected for the position.
Profile:
With a higher education background, such as a business school or university with a specialization in management control, you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position during which you demonstrated great responsiveness and rigor.
Accustomed to teamwork, you have developed your organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Your curiosity and thirst for learning are your main drivers.
Your organizational and mobilization skills allow you to be the interface between your various interlocutors. Your strong business acumen will make you a privileged partner for operational managers.
You master office tools, especially EXCEL. Mastery of Yokitup Software is a plus.
Conditions:
Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday
Days OFF: Saturday & Sunday
Salary according to profile: 40-50K / year
