Job Description
RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in the hospitality and restaurant sectors, is seeking to hire a:
RESTAURANT DIRECTOR (M/F) in Paris,
1-Michelin-Star Restaurant
Environment: Team includes a head sommelier, a manager, and a hostess.
Establishment open 4.5 days a week – closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday lunch (closed for two weeks in February, three weeks in August, and almost all public holidays).
Objective: To pursue a second Michelin star.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide attentive and considerate service to customers; ensure quality service throughout the meal, respecting the restaurant’s “spirit,” processes, and company values.
- Organize the different services of the restaurant with precision and ensure good coordination between the dining area and kitchen during service.
- Support and motivate the restaurant team by training them to a high standard of quality, fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Embody the company’s values internally and externally, serving as an “ambassador” for the establishment.
PROFILE SOUGHT:
- You are a good team manager and fluent in English. You have significant experience in high-volume environments.
Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Salary: €2,700-€3,000 net plus bonuses based on turnover, with an average fixed salary of €4,500 to €5,000 net/month.
- Status: Executive
- Days off: Two and a half consecutive days
- Start date: ASAP
