RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris.
Conceptual restaurant open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner Open kitchen, counter-style cuisine
40 guests for lunch and 100 guests for dinner Team of 4/5 people at the beginning of the week and 6/7 people during peak hours
Your MISSION: Management: – Coordination of team work; – Regulation of flows with the kitchen; – Allocation of tasks and activities; – Supervision of service-related activities; – Inventory and allocation of daily and periodic tasks; – Briefing animation, welcoming and integration of staff; – Resolution of customer and/or staff problems and conflicts; – Direct intervention in service activities when necessary; – Monitoring of service progress; – Communication and liaison between departments; – Control of the activities of the dining staff during service; – Implementation of team strategy and objectives.
REQUIRED PROFILE You are an excellent team manager, and you are fluent in English. You have significant experience in trendy and conceptual environments.
BENEFITS
Salary: 50-55K Status: Manager (218 days) Full-time permanent contract 2 consecutive days off on Sunday and Monday Start date: as soon as possible
Closure on Christmas and New Year’s Day, and 3 weeks in August
