Maître d’Hôtel (M/F) – One Michelin Star Restaurant

As Maître d’Hôtel, you will oversee the smooth running of the service and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a motivated team and actively contribute to the restaurant’s continued pursuit of excellence.
Your Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.

Organize and supervise the dining service to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen team.

Prepare the dining area before each service and maintain its impeccable condition afterward.

Manage reservations and optimize table planning for efficient service.

Be attentive to customer feedback and adjust service accordingly.

Oversee stock management for service-related products (beverages, linens, equipment).

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Team Composition: 4 members in the dining room (a director, a maître d’hôtel, a runner, and a head sommelier).
Your Profile

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining/gastronomic restaurant.

Excellent presentation and a strong service-oriented mindset.

Ability to lead and develop a team.

Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on approach.

Willingness to mentor and support junior staff in their professional growth.
Additional Information
Location: Paris
Contract: Permanent (CDI), management-level status
Salary: €2,500 net/month + tips
Schedule: 4 evening shifts (3:30 PM – closing), 1 split shift on Saturday
Days off: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning
Start Date: ASAP
