Breakfast Service Manager (M/F) – Paris

The Establishment:

This 4-star boutique hotel perfectly combines Parisian elegance with modern comfort. Known for its warm hospitality and intimate atmosphere, it offers a personalized experience to a mainly international clientele—starting with breakfast.

The hotel’s starred restaurant offers high-quality cuisine inspired by French classics and focused on fresh, seasonal products. The emphasis is on attentive, discreet, and seamless service, in perfect harmony with the spirit of the venue.

The Position:

A key role within the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the morning welcome, setup, and service atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities:

Set up the breakfast buffet (homemade preparations such as fruit salad, eggs, pastries, etc.)
Oversee dining room service and manage a team of 2 to 5 staff
Provide personalized guest service, advice, and gather feedback
Monitor buffet replenishment, clearing, and cleanliness of the breakfast area
Manage stock, receive and store deliveries
Assist with lunch service setup (cutlery polishing, fridge restocking, etc.)
Ensure hygiene standards (HACCP) and uphold the hotel’s quality benchmarks

Candidate Profile:

Experience in a similar role within upscale hospitality
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent English required (international clientele)
Well-groomed appearance and a supportive leadership style

Conditions Offered:

Permanent contract (CDI) – Morning shift only
Gross monthly salary: €2,920
+ Meal allowance
Based in central Paris – Easily accessible location
