SOUS CHEF (M/F)
for a 1-Michelin-Star Gastronomic Restaurant in Paris

Modern and creative cuisine, showcasing inventive dishes made exclusively from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The kitchen is open to the dining room, with an additional private tasting room located downstairs.
Profile & Environment
Passionate about your craft, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

The lunch and dinner menus change regularly.

Service: Lunch and Dinner, from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening.
You will also manage stock control in collaboration with the Head Chef.
The team consists of a Head Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef de Partie, and an intern.
You are known for your creativity, precision, energy, and strong leadership skills that inspire and unite a team.

Conditions
Schedule: 4 split shifts / 2.5 days off per week
(Weekend off: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning)
🕒 Working hours:

Tuesday: from 1:00 PM

Wednesday to Saturday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM / 5:30 PM–11:30 PM (split shifts)
💶 Salary: From €3,000 net per month + tips, depending on experience.
📅 Start date: Immediate
The restaurant is closed for two weeks at Christmas, three weeks in August, and on public holidays.
