Sommelier H/F – France

You will work in an exceptional environment alongside a passionate and ambitious team, with the opportunity to contribute to a unique and diverse gastronomic project.
Located in a privileged setting, this 4-star hotel offers a distinctive culinary experience through several complementary dining concepts: a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, an elegant and welcoming brasserie, an authentic Japanese restaurant, as well as a cigar lounge.
Within this exceptional setting, we are looking for a Sommelier H/F to join the team of the Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant.
You will play a central role in the guest experience and contribute to delivering an outstanding wine service. You will also be involved in developing and enhancing the wine list across this property, which brings together several distinct culinary identities.
Your Role
Passionate about wine, you have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering a level of service that meets the expectations of a discerning clientele.
You will guide guests in their wine selections, provide elegant and precise wine service, and contribute to making each dining experience a memorable journey of discovery.
Your curiosity, wine knowledge and strong sense of hospitality will be highly valued.
Team: You and one Sommelier Assistant.

Terms & Conditions
- Permanent contract (CDI)
- 39 hours per week
- Two consecutive days off
- Overtime compensated with time off
- Salary starting from €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience
