HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris

Wine bar and restaurant open 7 days a week for 3 years, belonging to a family group (3 restaurants in Paris)

Environment: New York loft style, open kitchen (counter) + a 50 m2 lab in the basement Carte blanche: neo fooding (gastronomic level dishes)/tapas

Lunch set menu: 30 euros (à la carte + set menu) and evening: 55-60 euros

Team of 6 people (one head chef + one sous chef + two CDP + 2 dishwashers)

RESPONSIBILITIES Structuring the service, Organizing the schedule Recruiting kitchen staff (if necessary), Managing the kitchen team Training kitchen staff to ensure consistent production quality, Ensuring compliance with current hygiene and safety standards, Establishing and enforcing production and cleaning processes, Supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of kitchen technical resources, Managing orders, costs, and stocks Developing technical sheets for all recipes, Working closely with the front of house team.

Interacting with customers in the dining area -> being the restaurant’s representative
