Bistronomic restaurant in Paris offering a classic French bourgeois cuisine // Creation of a menu with gourmet French cuisine using high-quality products

Perfectly equipped establishment

The restaurant is open 5 days a week from Monday to Friday


Freedom in creating the menu as long as it remains in line with the restaurant’s concept Lunch menu at €28 Plus à la carte and evening suggestions

Solid team in the kitchen: Two sous-chefs, one Chef De Partie, two apprentices (the team is excellent) Ground floor kitchen, large and bright. Renovated. Lunch ticket average of €30 and €60+ in the evening 30 to 50 covers for lunch / 30 to 50 covers for dinner

Responsibilities: Menu creation Stock management Scheduling Cost management of purchases Management of a team of 6 people Possibility of press communication also on the chef

Conditions: Start date: late June, early July (possibility to take two weeks of vacation in August) Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI)

Salary according to experience between €2800 and €3300 net/month Plus tips, approximately €400/month

Working hours: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.

Evolutionary position to Executive Chef (fast) Possibility to have shares if common project
