Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking for a 4-star luxury hotel with multiple outlets located in the West of France:

PASTRY CHEF (M/F) Essential experience in starred establishments.

1 Michelin-starred restaurant, In close collaboration with the starred executive chef and the director of restaurants and bars of your GM, you will be responsible for the qualitative development of the establishment, with a significant role in all sweet aspects that the establishment can offer.


  • 20 Rooms and Suites, a 60-seat gastronomic restaurant open 5/7 with 1 Michelin star, a high-end brasserie restaurant opening 7/7 with 100 seats, a Bar / Lounge, and a tasting cellar.

Small team: one chef, one sous chef, and intern (the team can be built if necessary at a later stage)

Very nice working environment, young and dynamic atmosphere

You manage and coordinate all pastry operations

With your positive attitude, you will work openly and constructively with the Head Chef


Dynamic and creative, you have a taste for challenge and know how to demonstrate the utmost rigor. You have a similar experience in a Michelin-starred establishment.

Proposal force


  • Salary: 3000-3400 net/month
  • Hours: 5 split shifts
  • Off on Sunday + Monday
  • Housing assistance at the beginning until you find your own accommodation
