CONSULTANT PASTRY CHEF (M/F) – USA
We are collaborating with an independent French group in high-end catering, located in the Caribbean and also in the USA. Recognized for its joyful and elegant atmosphere, as well as its refined cuisine with Gastronomic and Peruvian/Latin American influences, the group is led by a committed owner who is also the executive chef and intervenes regularly in its establishments.
MISSION (15 DAYS): Possibly renewable during the year, with development planned for the other establishment.
Creativity: Bring your expertise to evolve the menu, respecting the restaurant’s philosophy, and in collaboration with the general management. There are currently 10 desserts on the menu, and you will be required to create 7 desserts immediately and train the team (2 pastry CDPs).
Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent and high-quality desserts.
Financial Management: Supervise costs, draft and propose recipe cards and technical sheets.
You are precise, organized, responsible, passionate, calm, and patient.
You have training in Pastry and have a professional experience of at least 4 years in starred establishments and/or Palaces.
Passion for this type of mission, creativity, and strong managerial skills.
