Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is looking for a Restaurant Manager (M/F).

Nestled in the heart of Paris, this restaurant showcases high-quality, locally sourced ingredients through contemporary and elegant French cuisine. Here, every detail matters—from service to ambiance, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the true conductor of the dining room, ensuring seamless, warm, and personalized service. You will embody the soul of the restaurant, creating genuine connections with guests while leading and inspiring your team.

Restaurant Details

  • Seating Capacity: 50 seats on the ground floor, with a cocktail bar opening in September in the basement for private events.
  • Service: Approximately 40-50 covers per service.
  • Average Ticket: €45 for lunch, €80 for dinner.
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday (closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Front-of-House Team: 4 staff members.
  • Atmosphere: Open kitchen with a glass ceiling, allowing for natural daylight.

Job Conditions

  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Salary: €3,500 – €4,000 net/month.
  • Work Schedule: Balanced shifts with a mix of split and continuous shifts.
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday off.
