RESTAURANT MANAGER in Paris
The bistro offers a festive concept inspired by the 70s/80s era. Menu curated by a Michelin-starred chef.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant, service, and bar operations. You must demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Job Overview:
- Oversee all restaurant, service, and bar operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Establish work schedules and manage shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and place orders with suppliers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service and dishes served
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all restaurant activities to ensure efficient operation
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Establish work schedules based on operational needs
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times
- Manage inventory and place orders with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high-quality service and dishes served
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle food safely
Conditions: Start date: ASAP Contract type: Permanent Salary: €4500-4900 GROSS/month Working hours: 5 days per week Status: Managerial
