Luxury Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled:

HOUSE MANAGER (M/F)

We present a remarkable opportunity to manage a stunning estate that spans over 5 hectares, featuring an exquisite main residence of approximately 2,500 m² with 12 luxurious bedrooms, located in the prestigious heights of Cannes and Antibes.

Role Overview:

As the House Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation and organization of the household. This includes overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of household staff while also coordinating with external service providers to maintain the property to the highest standards.

The current House Manager, a dedicated professional who has excelled in this role for just over two years, will provide support during the transition.

On-Site Team:

1 Private Chef
1 Housekeeper
1 Cleaner
3 Gardeners (managed by an external company)
2 Security Personnel (managed by an external company)

Your Main Responsibilities:

Building and Garden Maintenance:

Oversee the upkeep of outdoor areas (parking, gardens, pool, sauna, terraces) and coordinate with external service providers (gardeners, pool maintenance specialists, artisans).
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all premises and equipment (waste management, trash disposal, vehicles, furniture).
Manage laundry services, including dry cleaning and internal cleaning processes.
Ensure the daily maintenance of equipment, collaborating with maintenance companies as necessary.
Guarantee the proper functioning of the pool area.
Coordinate the procurement and restocking of maintenance products (cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, bedroom supplies) and flowers.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Security, Deliveries, and Events:

Oversee various deliveries and ensure security through the security control room (managing the opening and closing of doors, windows, activating and deactivating alarms, and monitoring surveillance cameras).
Actively participate in events hosted at the property, such as private dinners and gatherings.

Additional Responsibilities:

Occasionally serve as a driver for the owners, including airport pickups.

Application Requirements:

A clean criminal record.
At least three references from previous employers.
A complete professional dossier, including a CV, cover letter, a copy of your passport or ID, and a driving license.

Confidentiality is essential.
We aim to arrange a meeting with the family as soon as possible.

Conditions:

No accommodation is provided on-site; candidates must reside near the property.
A computer and phone will be supplied.
Contract: 8 hours/day with 2 days off per week.
Salary: €5,128 – €5,333 gross/month.

Permanent Position
Start Date: ASAP, but no later than the end of October 2024.
