Receptionist (M/F) – Paris

Responsibilities
- Welcome hotel guests, restaurant patrons, and other visitors.
- Register check-ins and check-outs, handle key handovers, and accompany guests to their rooms.
- Assist with luggage and check room readiness, including amenities setup.
- Provide guests with accurate information and promptly fulfill concierge service requests.
- Remember guests’ preferences and document them in the guest profile system.
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Manage the telephone switchboard and present hotel services and amenities.
- Optimize hotel occupancy and revenue while promoting additional sales.
- Handle guest billing and invoicing.
- Address guest complaints and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain good relationships with external service providers.
- Ensure seamless communication with housekeeping staff.
- Inspect the cleanliness of rooms and common areas.

- Morning & afternoon shifts, with Tuesdays & Wednesdays off.
- Salary: €1,860 gross (excluding meal allowances) + Annual bonus.
- 100% employer-covered health insurance + 50% reimbursement of transportation costs.
- Meal benefits on workdays.
