Restaurant Director (F/M) – A Parisian institution in the heart of the Golden Triangle
Concept: A high-end brasserie that embodies timeless elegance and gastronomic heritage, shining brightly on the Parisian culinary scene for decades. The venue is distinguished by a harmonious dialogue between modernity and tradition, showcasing fresh products sourced from small producers.
Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, the restaurant features 150 indoor seats and 50 outdoor seats. Average price: 65 euros for lunch, 90 euros for dinner.
Main Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the founders, you will be responsible for breakfast, lunch, a reduced afternoon menu, and dinner. You will manage a team of 13 people, with the ideal goal of expanding to 18, integrating existing teams and participating in recruitment. This includes retaining current employees, collaborating with the founders on recruitment strategy, managing departures, and overseeing payroll.
Missions:
- Provide attentive and proactive service to clients, ensuring quality throughout the meal while respecting the restaurant’s “spirit” and the company’s values.
- Organize the various restaurant services with rigor, ensuring proper coordination between the dining area and the kitchen during service.
- Support and motivate the restaurant team by training them to a high standard of quality and fostering a culture of excellence in service.
- Embody the company’s values both internally and externally, acting as an “ambassador” for the establishment.
Desired Profile:
You are an experienced team manager and fluent in English. You have significant experience in high-volume environments.
Conditions:
- Salary: Between 5,000 and 5,500 euros net per month (approximately 83K euros per year).
- Status: Executive.
- Start Date: January 2, 2025.
