RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris,

Italian Trendy Restaurant open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch only Intimate underground cocktail bar
Average daily attendance: 150 covers (100 in the evening) TM: €75 HT
Service Team: 10 staff members including 1 manager / 1 assistant / CDRs
Kitchen Team: 10 staff members
Your MISSION: Management:
- Coordination of team work;
- Coordination with the kitchen;
- Task and activity organization;
- Supervision of service-related activities;
- Daily and periodic task inventory and organization;
- Briefing animation, staff reception and integration;
- Resolution of customer and/or staff conflicts;
- Direct intervention in service activities as needed;
- Service monitoring;
- Communication and link between departments;
- Control of service staff activities during service;
- Implementation of team strategy and objectives.
Position: 50% floor with teams and 50% back office
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ You are a strong team manager and you are fluent in English. You have significant experience in trendy and conceptual environments.
CONDITIONS Salary: €3000-€3500 net / month plus according to profile Status: executive (218 days) Full-time permanent contract 2 consecutive days off: Sunday and Monday Start date: as soon as possible
